      Would be happy to discuss your grievance and concerns if you wish but am surprised by your comments and can't think of any >3 year tenure employees who have left the business in the last 6 months? Given we are on track for another 100% growth year, 3 of the big 4 accountants and 4 of the top 5 UK banks as clients I'm also confused by your heading but do please give me a call if you want to discuss?       Pros

      Validis has given me the opportunity to excel with and learn from the best. Enjoyable office culture with offices in two great locations (Austin TX, London UK) that exposes you to to a diverse set of experiences.

      Cons

      Continue the leadership communication, that has worked well across the last 9 months.

      Lacks direction and innovation. Ethics are not taken seriously. Revolving door of employees.
