      Pros

      Validity is a solid, growth-oriented employer that takes excellent care of their employees. I found my managers to be extremely supportive. My colleagues were wonderful as well.

      Cons

      Now and then we’d get an entitled younger person on the team who’d complain about company policy because it was too “stifling.” That mentality irks me.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
