Pay, Benefits, WFH policy, recharge days and some smart/passionate employees. The product is actually solid.
Cons
This company STILL continues to go through re-orgs every 3 months which has created anxiety and instability among many teams. There have have been 3 CFO's in the past 6 months. The CEO and CTO are clueless on how to turn this company around and should do the company a favor and step down themselves. Valimail has a toxic culture that fires anyone that disagrees with "Leadership" therefore a lot is said behind their backs. They surround themselves with "yes" people - which is why nothing changes here. The HR team is absolutely useless. The recent hires were DEI checkboxes instead of talent. They are obsessed with micromanaging teams which only distracts people from their jobs.
