*Terrible schedule's, may have you working by their means, no specific schedule time that works with you. You either work at 6am, 10am, or 1:30p, and it's random not a certain time fixed schedule. If you want a fixed schedule they'll give you 1:30-10pm and to kick rocks. *Management is concerning, some married men really can't keep to themselves, worse when we can all see it. It's disgusting and tarnishing the Vallarta value's. I see favoritism from management towards female's (only if they're beautiful to them) and it lowers other employees morale because they just stand behind female's and not help others *Different pay rates, everyone's is different even though we're doing the same job *We have to handle customer confrontation while management hides, when it gets worse they'll finally come out and kiss the shoes of the customer to make them feel better and give them something free to make up for it but yet again they've should've been up right in front in the beginning so things to get bad *Heavy workload while short staffed, will lower your morale significantly and cause stress
