      Pros

      Worked in retail side of the bank which is much different than commercial side. I found my bosses and coworkers to be above average.

      Cons

      Pay is always gonna be better somewhere else however that is not always the most important factor.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
