The fitters that I worked with were hard working, supportive, and included me on their team right away. The Foreman had a good sense of humor which boosted our morale and kept us motivated.

I can't think of many. One week the paychecks were one day late but it was a computer or bank glitch. It had never happened before.

The younger talent at Valley have a bright future.

The current “leaders” at Valley leave much to be desired. The very top is the type of person to throw you in front of the bus, ask the driver to get out so they can jump in and go back and forth over you a few more times, then get out and blame you for getting in front of the bus. Hard to imagine someone with so much time around the business knowing so little about how things work. If the old guard is moved aside, there is some real talent waiting in the wings to take the company forward and upward.
