very poor management - Customer Service Valley River Inn Employee Review

The management is awful. They're very quick to assume the worst in people, are slow to (or never) provide positive reinforcement or incentives, they take every chance possible to take advantage of people (except for the favorites), they play favorites like no other management I have ever had before, they value even the most miniscule income for the hotel over the health and well being of their employees (including forcing restaurant workers to work when they're sick!), they make up and break their own rules whenever it fits their needs or sometimes just to take advantage of employees.
