Valley Strong Credit Union is an environment that encourages open communication, and it's evident that many employees take this to heart. However, I've observed a subset of Team Members who consistently voice concerns without offering meaningful suggestions for improvement. While expressing dissatisfaction is a natural part of any workplace, it's equally essential to contribute to the solutions that propel and organization forward.
On the other hand, having to listen to this fraction of individuals persistently scrutinize the organization gets old. Worse, they do so as if they speak for the majority of Team Members. Having worked in other industries I know first-hand other companies struggle to strike a balance between a meaningful culture and a sincere environment-oriented to addressing concerns of employees. Many companies just don't care. I firmly believe that if a person is so miserable in an environment at least two things need to happen, one, a self-assessment because nothing nor anyone will ever bring satisfaction or joy to a person's life or career. And two self-relocation; everyone deserves to bloom where they are planted. Therefore, finding a company that best fits your career goals and aspirations is essential. I am confident that Valley Strong Credit Union will support your decision to leave if you choose to do so.
