      Fast growth can cause things to get a little crazy sometimes, but wow, what a ride!

      Pros

      Valor IT has a fast-paced work environment. Having been part of this rapid growth during a time when many companies were experiencing a decline in sales was a great opportunity. There were many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth and high turnover, there were many long days (and nights). This seems to happen more often than not.
