*Learning will be there since it is a Startup *Decent Pay (Hikes are not based on performance)
Cons
*This is a company with HR not doing HR jobs but other jobs. So don't expect professional behavior from the management. *The Top management people are not suited to be in that position expect for few Managers (Those few people came from outside so we can expect that quality of behaviour and skills from them). All the other top Managements people are merely in that position based on favoritism and they are in the company from the beginning. *Please don't expect a Corporate Culture in this company. Very few people only can talk in English. So please be prepared to worsen your english speaking skills if you are joining this company. *Hikes are purely based of favoritism. Few of my friends got way less hike for the work they have done. *As a developer we are expected to be working even in saturday's when there is project to be completed. *Poor Work life Balance *No Office Outing and team dinners. *Very worst time management. They expect you to be in the office before 10.00Am or else please be ready to sacrifice your Half day Salary if you permission hours are exhausted.
