Pros

Working as an extension of a clients team brings new challenges daily which keep work challenging and interesting. A different way of doing things compared with most MSPs.

Cons

Everything by the seat of the pants. Delivering work that is poor quality or only just good enough because the client doesn't know any better. Senior management regularly contradict each other. High staff turnover is illustrative.
