      Pros

      There are none that come to mind. Oh, you get a plastic bottle and a pen when they buy the company you work for.

      Cons

      Will lie to your face, even after being caught out. Slash and burn mentality. Longest serving and most experienced employees get fired first. Screw the employees and the customers.

      * our company was acquired by Valsoft and they talk a great transition game

      Cons

      * #1 priority is to attain a min of 30% growth by cutting staff and resources * Valsoft henchman do not care about employees or tenured/loyal customers; they just want to implement huge price increases so they can get lofty annual bonuses * Valsoft hires very young and unexperienced males to overlay the same 'template' used with each acquisition * They only care about growth and are on a good trajectory to run the company's growth built prior to acquiring - to the ground
