I was inexperienced when I initially started working here. I was provided with training from great teachers and professionals. I am learning and growing each day. I just love it here.

They give you a lot of tasks at the same time, which for inexperienced persons can be little bit hard, but in time I figured that they know exactly how much you can handle and they are actually pushing you to test your limits. Sometimes is hard to get someone of senior management to get approval or help, but you learn to handle things.

In my evolution this company is more than better. At the starting of my career here I had a desire for a better salary and a working friendly environment. I got them a bit higher than I desired. The salary range was above my expectation. This company provides better salary than usually the others do. And thinking about the working environment? That was really awesome. Everyone here is too much friendly and helpful. I need not to solve any paradoxical situation by myself. Here I have everyone by my side. Here I have been trained and become more skilled day by day. It is a happy place for an employee.

Nothing I have found here to say something as their cons. But if I have to say, there is nothing appropriate in the earth. And so this company is. Sometimes there you may have to face some hazardous situation while working. Like maintaining clients, having trouble to get extra facilities and so on. Another problem is being sacked by the management for the sake of irregularity. But that won’t be if the worker become attentive to his job.
