No proper approach - Consultant Value Creed Employee Review

All the reviews on glassdoor were asked by them to write. I hated the company, They don't have any proper policies and they want people to join immeidately. we loose great talent and it is discrimination. Performance management is traditional and one way no two way reviews. Being an IT company. No proper introdcutions of surveys, policies, photos you find on website or older and team details on website or wrong some dont work for the company anymore.
