Pros

1. Interesting and challenging problem to solve for those who love their work and take pride in it. 2. Skilled team which is very important in my perspective for an employer and an employee. 3. Flexible working hours and they are a complete remote organization. 4. Transparent culture and accessibility to talk directly to Cs people so employee's concerns heard and resolved seamlessly. 5. work culture is awesome.

Cons

I think cons would be strong criteria to put some very small concerns I can think of so leaving it empty now. I am not saying it is some kind of utopia but an overall good place to work for any range of exp people.
