Decent Tech. Bad Culture. Poor HR and Management - Senior Software Engineer Vamstar Employee Review

1) Product is highly unstable. 2) Tech team is too small. Most of the good senior folks have left the company leaving the entire burden on newer folks. 3) Non-functioning HR department. The HRs won't respond to your messages/emails at all. Even if you have some genuine query. Forget about relieving/experience letter, etc. 4) CTO micromanages too much. He likes to be involved in all the decisions. To be honest, he is holding the company back. 5) Salary less than market standards.
