Pros
* Best in class big data, machine learning and NLP all running at scale on AWS backed by a solid scalable architecture. * Passionate and super knowledgeable team I've rarely seen such collaboration and respect between senior engineers (average of 18+ years experience but still hands on world class developers) and data scientists in UK mentoring and coaching the India team as equals. * I loved the wolf pack theme, enjoyed meeting the co-founder and my remote team and the rest of the organisation in the Goa Summit in person!
Cons
I did see some redundancies in the team at mid level but that was due to their work ethic, slow deliveries and lack of deep skills. If you are a mid/senior level, don't bother applying, if you are average at development and not able to take end-to-end ownership. You need to be passionate and good at what you do else you will be left behind and unsatisfied, blame others for your lack of skills, and up to some point coached by others but they will notice this goes both ways - you are given space at the start but need to be able to learn and upskill too.
