Your comments around coaching, mentorship, and growth are not taken lightly. Supporting people’s development and creating space for open, thoughtful conversations is something we continue to work on, and we know there is more to do to ensure this is consistently felt across the organization. We’re also making leadership development a top priority and are dedicated to making progress in this area.

We understand why this matters, and we recognize that commitment must be reflected not only in intention, but in lived experience and outcomes.
