You will meet some amazing people & become close friends with pretty much everyone you work with. The culture is superb & theres always activities going on... Soccer, Game Night, Wine Club etc. Besides all of the fun stuff - you will also learn so much on the industry. Because they operate across channels & with multiple partners - you really get to see everything, work within each & become an expert. Varick employs very smart people who really push the company forward & continue to make it dynamic & relevant in an always changing industry.

There is somehow a lot to say about Varick and not a lot to say… all in all it’s a difficult place to work and not the fun kind of “challenge” you might want in a career. TBH there are plenty of other places you can work that won’t induce this level of unnecessary stress. - Leadership seems truly confounded on how to create a stable workplace. Some of the most clueless and self-centered people I've ever met. - Employees are given a heavy workload with little training to begin with, and even less support down the road - There is a major disconnect between what our clients expect and what we can deliver, which translates into unrealistic asks from management, giving employees a sense that they are unsuccessful despite doing their best
