No such pros. Sometimes allows WFH during covid.
Cons
Indian MNC. Anybody coming from big companies should not join. They dont have development work. Only documentations, testing and design activities. Very strict timings. If you are 30 mins away then your manager will ping you. IT team takes your laptop back while leaving company. They work culture is not good. Mandatory to be in Pune even if WFH.
