Reliable work for the duration of the course, freedom to create your own curriculum and organize your sessions how you see fit

Some courses had nearly 1,000 attendees, so managing the chat or answering questions was impossible. Monitors were not always helpful. Sessions were two hours long, which meant that some students lost interest and became less engaged by the end.
