No comms, no transparency, no management, no money. - Head Office Worker Vashi Employee Review

-We haven't had our pensions paid in full since April this year, we've had very little comms and multiple times we've been told it would be paid by a certain date and it hasn't. We're still waiting. - HR does not support staff, they might come into the office once a fortnight. Some employees have really needed them in the last couple of months and they've not been there to communicate or support. They don't make themselves present and keep on the down low. - Senior management communication is awful, ignored emails and messages constantly with no updates or direction. - Sexism, HR are fully aware and multiple people have come forward but nothing has been done. - Retail is toxic. Some of the retail staff are amazing but constantly undermined by senior staff members and treated terribly. Huge huge turnover. - Very worried about the financial stability of the company. Sales have massively decreased and we're having to use jewellery from stores to fulfil customer orders. - Creative budgets have drastically been cut or pushed back. Senior management advising teams to encourage engagement from staff, friends and family. - Paid late, only once but still not acceptable. The list goes on. Do your research before joining this company.
