Strong technical team hindered by numerous small frustrations - Sr. Engineer Vast Employee Review

Ridiculous tenure based parking assignment, new hires are almost guaranteed to not be able to park on site. Operations management is a mess and out of touch with the daily needs of employees. The small frustrations of easily solvable problems of the employee experience are worse than any technical challenges.
