Pros

At first, this job seemed great. I could work anywhere in the country, they told me about how I could even move and keep my job. I was sold on the idea of being able to work from home which isn't common in the medical field, especially during this pandemic. I learned about risk adjusting and things that might be of value to other employers. It was very easy to leave since I didn't have the chance to build any level of workplace friendships. Great place to work if you like to be glued to your seat for 9 hours a day(8:00A-5:00P) without any breaks.

Cons

If you get hired, disregard your contract because nothing they tell you will remain the same. But, if you like the rules of your job changing frequently and without notice, this might work for you. This is what they mean by being flexible. This company is very disorganized without clear direction. They're expanding and they love to hold meetings to brag about company growth but don't show any genuine appreciation for the employees. They have taken micromanaging to the next level. Employees are treated like children. Every second of your day must be accounted for. Don't make a mistake or you'll be met with passive-aggressive managers. They expect new people to be perfect and very fast to meet their demands. No one can stay in this kind of negative environment for long.

Pros

Remote, that’s it. It’s flexible in that sense.

Cons

Every bad review is right- very poorly managed. Insane micromanaging, company not afraid to break labor laws and not pay you if they deem you’re “not productive”, if you have an emergency they will not let you off without making up time. Also, you’re better than this- pay is so so low for RN role. Oh and management has some very unstable personalities, I had a manager teams call me after I sent a message asking for guidance- to yell at me about sending the message to the wrong group. Apparently this is the norm, people will bing you for not adding a 15 min break or for being on a chart too long. Weekly meetings, even if you meet or exceed production expectations they will still expect more- and will doc your time if you’re not sitting there working non stop.
