Advance communication skills. Learning sales techniques. Certain incentives like sky diving etc.
Cons
The entire structure of the company is a mess. Extremely unprofessional managers that put all blame to sales reps. Unethical, racist and blatant mysoginistic manager that was more of a bully than a leader. Dude should be fired for his behavior. So much pressure to get sales when the pay is only commission based. If you're good at door to door this job should be cake. For everyone else, don't even consider it.
