Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback, it's really appreciated.
It's true that our contracts are evolving in time as they need to reflect local specifics, stay up to date with current regulations and meet the expectations of our clients, among which there is an increasing number of international enterprises (you can imagine the paperwork that goes along with it).
Having said that, our values have not changed - trust, transparency and honest communication are still at the core of our culture and we would never "push" any changes or leave clauses "deliberately vague". Quite the contrary, we always make time to discuss any concerns or feedback around these matters as we want everyone to feel safe and be confident that we're a part of the same team.
I'm sorry if your voice didn't reach me on time. I would have been happy to discuss your concerns in person. If, for some reason, we wouldn't find a common ground - so be it. I would just hope you'd have no doubts about our good faith.
PS. Since you’ve published your review, we're taking additional efforts to communicate our openness to feedback and willingness to discuss *any* matters that our teammates find important, just in case somebody doesn't catch that in the first place. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and helping us improve.
Lukasz
