Don't bother - Engineer Vector Aerospace Employee Review

I have been employed with Vector Aerospace for 15 years. I had planned to retire here but the company will be closing within the next month.

I have nothing bad to say about the company.

The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
