      Pros

      I received excellent training from day one. Properly taught how the recruitment process worked. Always encouraged to be honest and open at all times. This company is run on good old fashioned business principles which appears to be a rarity in todays recruitment market.

      Cons

      Left the company as offered a management position which was not available to me within Vector.

      Pros

      Outside IR35 contract, not much of process and compliance overheads like large recruitment outfits

      Cons

      No body is above law - and VRL did not honor the contract. Their terms on the contract doc says "paid on paid" - which is a joke and never seen anywhere, and I hope they will change it. 2 stars becuase I know them since 2002.
