2yThank you for submitting your review. We’re disappointed to learn your experience at Vector was unsatisfactory to you. We’ve made great strides in ensuring our team members feel included and heard, but acknowledge we can always continue to work on this.
Our leadership team, including the CEO, has made a great effort to make sure the company runs with transparency. We hold quarterly All-Hands meetings, send frequent emails to the entire team, and team members always have opportunities to speak with the CEO and other leaders directly during regularly scheduled roundtables designed specifically to seek feedback. We are continually learning and improving as an organization. Effective change takes time. We will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our work.
