      Pros

      Hiring Process is handled with care and thorough detail of what your job process will be. Great at showing what your day 2 day process will be in your role. Super big on culture and I know its more difficult to create with the way the world is right now but even with that the culture is great from just what I've been a part of in my first 90 days.

      Cons

      Not a role that you can just come in and not have work ethic.
