The company really looks after its employees with extra wellness days, incentives, birthday attention, group events,.. One of the key values within the organisation is no drama teamwork. This is not just a value or an objective, its reality ! People do work together to get things done, no politics Looks after a good work-life balance both my direct manager as the executive team are very supportive in getting you the help to reach your objectives
