      Get face time with the CEO often and easy to communicate your own ideas, super nice team members

      Cons

      People tend to get pinned down for doing repetitive, mind-numbing work over and over and despite communications and attempts to try out other functions, you end up being forced to take up your old tasks. Some employees have pretty toxic attitude and work efficiency and can drag the whole team down.
