You can see the bones of a formerly great company that has traded hands being spun off from a spin off in the last 5 years. Not much other than that.
Cons
Constant deck/department shuffling to hide what is essentially a slowing business model and no real plans to get out of it. Lots of acquisition talk, no significant action.
