Pros
Vehcon takes amazing care of its employees. We have fantastic work/life balance and tons of flexibility. Most people choose to work in the office, but working from home is completely supported by management. The founders are smart, caring people who value people and their integrity.
Cons
None of the downsides of working at Vehcon are due to Vehcon itself. They're mostly a result of serving the insurance industry. Insurance is a slow-moving, heavily-regulated industry, and that sometimes forces us to bend over backwards. It's not that big of a deal, but it's the only "con" I could think of.
