      Pros

      Emphasis on culture and core drive everyone to commit 100%. Collaborative environment, enjoy hanging out with coworkers. Fast-based cutting edge and challenging work diverse work - you won’t work on the same thing given the variety of projects.

      Cons

      Still a small company (growing) which can stretch resources a bit at time. Small office space (not a problem given COVID), can feel “cozy” at times. Internal training and mentoring is lacking.
