Pros
Jonathan and Hugo the sales managers, Shawn the Sales Director, CEO Danoush, plus the current reps/staff are all genuinely great people. Everyone was always more than happy to help out, were super patient, team driven and welcoming culture. Each day there were team meetings if your a newer rep which is very good for constant feedback. Hourly Pay is good, and consistent 8:30-4:30 schedule Mon-Fri. Cold calling from a desk instead of door to door is also a plus.
Cons
The only con is that it is merchant services, and majority of the time, your value proposition is being the lowest price and saving the business' money. Business owners get calls 3-8 times a week from various merchant services company, so in my opinion its a lot of luck to get them to switch unless they're a new company and dont have a POS.
