Pros
Remote work. Literally the only positive.
Cons
Clueless management that have no idea how to lead. Multiple products with zero direction. Customers are crying out for certain features, and rather than appeasing them and generating some revenue, they'll shift focus to a project that generates no money and needs tonnes of development and then they act surprised when sales are down and they're forced to let people go. Actually laughable at times. No logic, empathy or emotion when it comes to redundancies. Let go some of the most talented people I've worked with and kept on people that should've been let go long ago. Promotions don't happen really. You could work 80 hours a week and you're still told by management that they can't be seen to be giving out 5 star reviews. If you want to abuse a job, take them to the cleaners and just enjoy your 9-5 without caring about anything really, this is the ideal job for you.
