The most toxic culture thats instilling fear throughout the org. Executive leadership and L&D needs to get checked. - Operations Velsera Employee Review

I'm going to say what everyone is afraid to say. There is a nasty leadership dynamic in commercial that has gone unchecked for too long. The CL&D leader has single handedly ruined the culture at Velsera contributing to the downfall of the entire organization. We don't hear much from the CCO day to day but the L&D leader in commercial is allowed to say what she wants, act how she wants, treat others with complete disrespect. Hearing and reflecting on the horror stories coming out of the Paris Sales Meeting is atrocious. It is very clear that the L&D leader is enabled by the CCO to continue her behavior. When you make a complaint with Human Resources, they do NOTHING. There's also an interesting dynamic there. Obvious top down behavior being tolerated is not helpful to move the organization is the right direction. This will and has lead to avoidable attrition of good talent. They also make very bad hires and then blame the bad hires when they were set up for failure in the first place- and ZERO accountability for hiring them in the first place.
