      You can get a lot of hours.

      Cons

      Most employees will leave you alone on the line before you have even been trained, do you just stand there looking stupid till you figure it out. Not good at training.

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
