      Still heavy on the culinary side

      Cons

      Company started cutting on spending , cut back on bonuses for mangers, and rates for hourlys. Same rate for everyone , with more work and less people. Hardly any PTO. Because of the changes going on, managers have to put in more hours to reach company goals.

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
