Pros
The firm was great to work for. The attorneys are all fantastic, very professional, and very nice to work with. The office manager is friendly, kind, orginaized and all around wonderful to have as a boss. Co-workers are all very friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, I highly recommend working for Venable.
Cons
The only real downside to the firm is that it needs to be less paper oriented. While that is difficult for any law firm to acheive, they are making the push to be more paperless but it is still a work in progress.
