Truly bright, often world class, people with strong desires to make a difference Good corporate ethics Consistently interesting work Some of the previous GDoor comments on senior management were a bit broad brush. Our group views the NJ team as being strong, with good staff repo ire & good results (I.e., decent bonus payout for we worker bees), particularly the last few years
Cons
Their previously distinct Bell Labs/Bellcore/Telcordia identity has been diminished due to multiple corporate divestitures, spinoffs & sales by successive owners
