Pros
*No one gives a damm what you do in project *They can write whatever you want in their offer letter but will implement only what they want *Will pay on time if they get money on time. *will threaten to revoke h1b if you start asking more.
Cons
It is a typical desi body shop with worst marketing and crappy people. No projects, no direct client, wait time to get project is almost infinite and based on luck. I heard few of them had to wait for 7-8 months and then to join another body shop. My friend who stayed in their guest house (2 room rented apartment) told me that it is full of "bedbugs" and the garage had rats and old stuff by previous inmates.
