Management was amazing. First job I had where management was very blunt and clear about expectations and had no hard feelings that I wasn't up to the job. I really wish I could have stayed if only because the whole office was so chill. Very disability friendly as well.

People you call assume you're a scammer and can be really mean or think they are pulling one over by wasting time haha. Paid by the hour, so they aren't, but I'll admit it gets frustrating. 1/3 of callers assume it is a scam call.
