Venture has a great group of people who have been there for awhile. It's a smaller company so you aren't just a number. You talk to the CEO every other day. You have dinner and drinks with your co workers every once in awhile. It's is a family oriented company. Certain departments are laid back while other departments are always high stress. Vacation time was at the industry standard and the upper management was understanding if you needed to take time off.
