Most of the leadership team has very little leadership/management/ business experience and it shows in the way they treat people and how they manage the business. The pay is also not even close to being competitive in the marketplace. The benefits are also subpar. Absolutely terrible place to work! I quit my previous job to go with this company but it was a really bad decision.

If you're lucky, you can get assigned minimal work. Otherwise, you'll be under a lot of stress.

Managers are unable to competently distribute workloads amongst employees, resulting in some people lounging around the office because they didn't have much to do, and some having to work overtime because of the insane amount placed on their lap.
