Pros
-Some nice people and support staff, the corporate office seems nice.
- getting to know all different areas of the city.
Cons
- the training is near nonexistent, the sales managers are snarky and does a very poor job sharing what knowledge they have to prevent issues.
-Extremely high turnover combines with bad team leadership means that that sales team has 0 team culture or comradery, makes a isolating job even more so.
-Very long hours, days start at 9am and you may be given same day appointments as late as 7pm with only a few hours notice.
