Pros

The Miami office looked nice. Most of the colleagues I worked with were nice and down to earth people who would sometimes come to me for help on a pending support issue or taking a scheduled support call with a customer.

Cons

- Lack of transparency with upper management and will test you on your workflow and ability to effectively meet the department's goals without even consulting you on your performance on the job. - Lack of direction from management in HQ. - The pay was below the national average as well.
