Pros
Great direct manager (Ray Gallagher). Generally spend a lot of time driving (sleeping if you're not CDL certified) and talking when on the trucks. Rich Finnegan EHS safety guy genuinely cares about everyone.
Cons
Long hours, overtime is expected. Never know how long your day will be, could be 4 hours or 16 hours. Upper management doesn't care about employees, only bottom line. Rarely given raises unless you pass tests, which you're not told how to obtain, when to take, given anything to review or told how it will graded. No upward mobility, always will be the same work. On-site employees (on-site contractors at customer facilities) are outcasts from the company. They're rarely ever checked upon, never hear any important info from Marlboro office. Dangerous work, regularly dealing with highly hazardous materials with poor explanations of what to do with them, especially when initially starting. Other employees seemed to be a little ..off. Took 1+ year to get training I was supposed to get in 1st 3 months. Took 8+ months to even be hired from headhunter full time.
