* Good exposure to technical related things * Good project Manager * Small projects and good exposure to latest technologies
Cons
* This company is blacklisted company by Tier 1 companies in India. Employees will not get job in tier 1 companies if you have this company experience.So fresher's dont go there....! There are lot of employees trapped there. * Poor Salary 5000 INR for freshers. ie $90 per month. * No good hike * Forget life, if you are working there. I worked for 3 days continously without sleep * First 3 Months no salary for freshers. * No good Hr policies * Company running inside Karpagam Arts and Science college campus.
